Guest Post: Fleur de Sel Brownie
My first guest post ever. And what an honor that it's for my good friend Kenny from Chic Eats, on his birthday :)
I'll keep it short and sweet...having recently determined that Kenny likes a good brownie, I thought I'd share my favorite treat from the past year, 'Le brownie Fleur de Sel' from Montreal's juliette & chocolat.
Mmmmm...moist chocolatey decadence dripping with creamy buttery caramel sauce.
Kenny, I hope your birthday is every bit as sweet and indulgent as this brownie!
xoxo

drool :)...
YUM!!!
I love juliette et chocolat!
Thanks so much for guest posting on my blog!!
Is that a PB cup or some other filling in the center and underneath that luscious caramel? Mmmmm . . .
You know I don't do recipes.
Is this something you'd entertain making in exchange for a yummy dinner at Casa S?

Holy WOW I want three of those brownies right now.
Oh my goodness-that caramel sauce on top looks so decadent and delicious! As if brownies weren't amazing on their own, adding caramel to the mix is just perfection :)
looks heavenly
Kenny insists that I should check your blog out as it wouldn't let me down! And he is RIGHT!
The brownie makes me crave for some chocolate now!
Heavenly Housewife, 5 Star Foodie, Teanna & Justin: I wish I didn't have to drive 8 hours to Montreal to indulge in these brownies. But it looks like juliette et chocolat is launching an online boutique soon (keeping fingers crossed that they ship to the US!)
Chocolate Shavings: Can't wait till my next trip to Montreal to try more of their desserts. Thanks for your comment :)
KennyT: My pleasure!
Tangled Noodle: I don't recall it being peanut butter, I think it some type of salted caramel baked in to the brownie. Guess I'll have to conduct another taste test ;)
Anonymous: I know that's you, Ginger! I don't have the recipe for these. How about some strawberry pocky and sesame snaps instead?
Megan: The salted caramel was really fabulous with the brownie. Thanks so much for visiting :)
Angie's Recipes: Awww...Kenny's so sweet. Speaking of cravings...I just checked out your wonderful blog and have bookmarked your lunjiao rice cake recipe!
Yummie! Nice picture :-)
Juliana: Hi! Thanks for visiting :) Just bookmarked the pineapple cheesecake recipe from your excellent blog!
I am so into this new trend with sea salt on desserts. It really does bring such complexity and intrigue to most any dessert. These brownies sound awesome!
